Hour 1

Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for, PJ,, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

European Union Border Chief Backs Open Borders, Declares ‘No Wall, No Fence’ Can Stop Illegals
Hans Leijtens, the head of the European Union’s Frontex border agency, argues that Europe cannot stop illegal migration and should adopt a more open borders approach. Despite Frontex’s significant budget, Leijtens believes that physical barriers are ineffective in halting migration. He advocates for a shift in the migration debate towards less prejudice and more humane treatment, challenging the recent reforms of the Common European Asylum System. Leijtens’ stance contrasts with the efforts of some European countries to strengthen border controls and increase deportations.

BORDER SHOWDOWN: Texas’ Constitutional Right to Defend Against Invasion Supersedes Federal Law, Says Governor
Texas Governor Gregg Abbott asserts the state’s constitutional right to defend itself against the ongoing border crisis, claiming this right supersedes federal law. This statement comes amid a standoff between state and federal authorities over access to Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Texas. Abbott criticizes President Biden for not enforcing immigration laws and argues that the federal government’s failure to protect the state from illegal immigration justifies Texas’ actions. He references the U.S. Constitution, suggesting that the framers intended states to have the authority to protect their borders against invasions. Abbott’s declaration of invasion under Article I, Section 10, Clause 3, invokes Texas’s constitutional authority to defend itself, a stance he argues is the supreme law of the land.

Kaine: We Need Israel to Do a Prisoner Swap to Stop Houthis Since Biden Isn’t Stopping Them
Senator Tim Kaine suggests that Israel should engage in a prisoner swap to halt Houthi attacks, as the Biden administration’s efforts have not been successful. Kaine points out that previous hostage release deals involving Israel and Hamas led to pauses in hostilities and humanitarian aid delivery. He emphasizes the importance of focusing on hostage releases and engaging with international partners to facilitate these exchanges, which could lead to temporary cessations of hostilities and provide relief to affected regions.

Prosecution for Americans Who Forged COVID Vaccine Cards — But ‘Pandemic Amnesty’ for the Powerful?
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has been actively prosecuting Americans who forged COVID-19 vaccination statuses, dedicating significant resources to these cases. The DOJ’s focus has been on individuals like midwives and local doctors, many of whom forged vaccine cards not for profit but due to ideological or medical objections to mandates. This crackdown contrasts with the broader call for ‘pandemic amnesty’ for those in power who implemented strict COVID-19 policies. Critics argue that while ordinary citizens face legal consequences for resisting mandates, those who enforced policies leading to significant societal and economic impacts are not held accountable.

British Government Confirms Commitment to W.H.O. Pandemic Treaty
The British government, under Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, has reaffirmed its commitment to the World Health Organization’s (W.H.O.) proposed Pandemic Treaty. This commitment, outlined in a national statement at the W.H.O. Executive Board in Geneva, supports the creation of a Pandemic Accord and amendments to the International Health Regulations. Despite a petition signed by over 156,000 Britons opposing the treaty without a public referendum, the government maintains its stance. Critics express concerns about centralizing pandemic response and ceding authority to the W.H.O., citing its handling of the COVID-19 crisis and the potential for overruling national governments.

Hour 2

How Big Pharma Sold Depression to the World
The pharmaceutical industry has significantly influenced the public perception of depression, particularly after the development of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs). Manufacturers of these drugs have employed strategies to convince the population that they are suffering from depression, thereby increasing the market for their products. Despite only a third of patients benefiting from antidepressant therapy, the majority do not, leading to the issue of ‘treatment-resistant depression.’ The article argues that the approach to treating depression as a single illness, rather than a range of conditions with overlapping symptoms, has led to an over-prescription of these drugs. The article also draws parallels between the marketing strategies used for SSRIs and other pharmaceuticals, suggesting a broader trend of manipulating public perception to sell medications.

Special Guests Dr. Mary Kelly Sutton and Dr. Shibrah Jamil

Dr. Kelly Sutton practiced medicine for five decades with no board or hospital complaints, and no malpractice judgments. The Medical Board of California revoked her California medical license March 25, 2022, for writing eight vaccine medical exemptions for school children; Dr. Sutton is challenging this revocation in court.  On July 13, 2023, the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine revoked her Massachusetts medical license based on one fact: her California license was revoked. This is called ‘reciprocal discipline.’ There were no patient injuries or patient complaints in either California or Massachusetts. Now, the New York medical board has set a date for Sept 7th for a proceeding against her, applying reciprocal discipline, despite her New York license having been inactive for almost forty years and despite the fact she never practiced in the state.  The Wall Street Journal and Children’s Health Defense have chronicled Dr. Sutton’s case, the articles are linked below.

Dr. Sutton is not unique. A growing number of physicians who read scientific literature for themselves, and individualize patient treatment based on that reading, are being investigated and disciplined for treating their patients as individuals. The professional and government narrative today is pushing doctors to treat and advise patients without any consideration of their unique medical needs, most notably for Covid-19 cases and for all vaccinations. Only the health recommendations of the government and establishment medicine should be followed. Remarkably, doctors who deviate from ethical and legal behavior in the practice of medicine –  such as sexual aggression, financial fraud, poor quality care with deadly outcome – most often do not face license revocation; patient advocate groups have been formed to plead for victims of these doctors.

Shibrah is a board-certified anesthesiologist and the founding chairperson of Newark Greenworks, a non-profit project committed to improving health and education in economically disenfranchised communities. Shibrah is also certified in Age-Management Medicine and has helped patients achieve optimal health and tackle non-communicable disease by teaching effective lifestyle management skills. She has over 15 years of experience as a practicing physician and has interned with the Indian Health Services and participated in a Health Care in Developing Countries elective at Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya. She has been on the faculty at Columbia University School of Professional Studies/High School program.
