Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for, PJ,, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

It’s Time for Left and Right to Unite
The article from the Brownstone Institute discusses the author’s observations during travels across America, highlighting the impact of policies on local communities, particularly in New York City where schools were repurposed for housing migrants, affecting students’ education. The narrative extends to broader societal and political issues, including the displacement of American families, the challenges faced by immigrants, and the consequences of open borders. The author reflects on the changing landscape of American society, drawing parallels between current conditions and those in countries with significant political and social turmoil. The piece calls for unity across political divides to address the complex challenges facing the nation, emphasizing the need for a return to foundational American values and the importance of community engagement in political processes.

‘None of these candidates’ defeats Nikki Haley in Nevada Republican primary, NBC News projects
In an unusual turn of events, “none of these candidates” won over Nikki Haley in Nevada’s Republican presidential primary, according to NBC News. Despite being the only Republican candidate on the ballot, Haley lost to this option, highlighting voter dissatisfaction. The primary’s outcome won’t affect delegate allocation due to a rift between Nevada’s Republican Party and the state legislature over election formats. This development underscores the complexities of the current political landscape and the challenges candidates face in garnering support.

60 Minutes Segment on Chinese Migrants Flooding US Border
A “60 Minutes” segment revealed a significant number of Chinese migrants illegally entering the United States through a gap in the border wall near San Diego. The report highlighted the growing trend of Chinese nationals, including many from the middle class, seeking entry into the U.S., challenging common perceptions about migration patterns. The timing of the report coincided with the release of a bipartisan border bill, bringing attention to the ongoing debate over border security and immigration policy.

DHS Chief Mayorkas: Americans Killed by Illegals ‘Should Not Be Politicized’
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas stated that American deaths caused by illegal immigrants should not be politicized, amidst discussions on the federal government’s role in protecting citizens from illegal immigration. This statement came in the context of Mayorkas facing impeachment efforts by House Republicans, highlighting the contentious debate over immigration policy and its impact on public safety.

Americans Unhappy With Politicians They’ll Soon Vote Back Into Office
Despite widespread dissatisfaction with political leaders, Americans are likely to reelect many of the same officials. Polls indicate low approval ratings for both President Joe Biden and Congress, yet historical patterns suggest that incumbents will largely retain their positions. This paradox underscores the challenges of political change and the deep-rooted issues within the American electoral system, highlighting the need for broader engagement and alternative choices in the political process.

Hour 2

The Complexity Science of Medicine Requires Freedom
The article discusses the evolution of medical understanding and practice through the lens of complexity science, emphasizing the need for freedom in medical decision-making. The author, reflecting on personal experiences and historical developments, argues that medicine and healthcare have become highly complex systems, influenced by various factors beyond traditional scientific methods. The narrative highlights the shift from a linear, reductionist approach to a systems-oriented perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness and unpredictability inherent in healthcare.

Question of The Day!

I was blessed to have a new grandson come into this world back in November. He was born with jaundice. He has not been vaccinated. At 2.5 months old, still jaundice. He recently was tested, he has high bilirubin, 5.1
His liver enzymes are also high, ATL-571, AST-522
Doctors do not have answers yet, but they are scaring my daughter with surgery or liver transplants.
My question for you is, is there anything we can do to help the little guy?
Thank you
